Important Notes:

The Group/Club Open Meeting rates applies to events where an affiliated club allows unrestricted paid attendance by the public ie non membrs, temporary members, guests or visitors (whether advertised or not) for the primary purpose of generating income.

For a  Club to qualify for the Regular Meeting Rate, the House Committee is empowered to require the Club to demonstrate, if necessary over the course of at least one Club financial year, that it is operating an effective policy of restricting paid public access.
